20 Litres Equine Flax Seed Oil

A big drum of our Equine Flax Seed Oil. This is perfect for someone with several horses, or that takes part in endurance events or racing. Delivery of a 20 Litre is FREE and comes with a drum tap for easy pouring!

For general health and maintenance, we recommend a daily feeding rate of 20-30ml per day for a miniature horse, 40ml per day for a pony, foal or yearling, and 50-70ml per day for an adult horse. This will provide enough nutrition for general maintenance of skin, coat, joints, hooves and overall condition.

If a specific inflammatory condition, allergy or skin irritation is being treated, this rate can be increased. If you wish to use the Oil as an energy source for racehorses and endurance events, then 140-200ml can be fed daily. I have been using this product now for almost a year.
When we first started using it. we seen an amazing change to the coats within TWO weeks!
I have been using it on a TB off the track, and it has helped immensely with weight conditioning.
We are thrilled with the results on the show ponies too, with great results at HOTY.
Thanks heaps! Now off to order more!

After just 1 week, I am already seeing the difference, particularly in my older horse who suffered with very dry scurvy skin, he is looking very shiny and feeling very smooth - a pleasure to see and feel. The horses are loving the taste as well. Thanks Fourflax, I am converted - a great result!

I have been thrilled with the results since feeding Fourflax oil. I have had “Tiraumea Donegal” on it this season and he looks so healthy and has loads of energy without getting stressed on lots of grain. The anti-inflammatory properties of the oil have been an advantage especially with Donegal being a big horse and having to jump on the hard ground during the summer months. His glossy coat is a sign that he is well inside and out.

I have also started feeding my youngster “Goodwill” the oil and the improvement in him is remarkable. He is a fussy eater so the fact that Fourflax doesn’t have to be flavored with garlic, because it is high quality Linseed oil not bleached fish oil, is a real bonus.
